Do I own my data?
Yes. Your data is isolated per broker account and never shared or sold. You can export any list to Excel at any time.
What are Meta message costs?
WhatsApp message costs pass through directly to your own WhatsApp Business Account at zero markup — you pay Meta’s actual rate, nothing added.
Can I export my data?
Yes — every list (leads, owners, flats, societies, brokers, deals, contacts) has an Export button that downloads an Excel-ready file.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel anytime. Export your data before you go — nothing is held hostage.
Why is there an activation fee on the monthly plan?
Setting up a brokerage properly takes onboarding time: connecting your WhatsApp Business number, template approvals, first-week help and AI key setup. The annual plan has no activation fee because you are committing for the year.
Do I need my own AI account?
AI replies use your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, stored encrypted. You pay them directly. BrokerBolo adds nothing on top.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
No. Get a new number for your business. Moving your current number onto it would cost you your existing WhatsApp chats and contacts, so keep that number as it is.
